Author Biographies

Roman Petrov, National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy

Prof. Dr. Roman Petrov is Head of Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence in EU Studies and Jean Monnet Chair in EU Law at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. He is the founder and first elected president of the Ukrainian European Studies Association. Areas of Prof. Dr. Petrov’s research and teaching include: EU Law, EU Business Law; EU External Relations Law; Approximation and Harmonisation of Legislation in the EU; Legal Aspects of Regional Integration in the Post-Soviet Area.

Ievgen Zvieriev, National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy

Dr. Ievgen Zvieriev holds an LL.M. from Central European University (2009), and Ph.D. from National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (2015). He is currently holding the position of Assistant Professor at National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy Faculty of Law Department for Legal Theory and Public Law. He is also an expert at Kyiv-Mohyla Rule of Law Centre, and an expert member of National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance Expert Committee 08 in the field of Law. He is also performing duties of Kyiv-Mohyla Law and Politics Journal Managing Editor. His research interests include Rule of Law, Jurisprudence, Legal Interpretation, International Law.
